Lamesa Community Players

Pictures from some of the 15 shows in 7 years that I was involved in at Lamesa Community Players!

Here's my debut as an "grown-up" actor in a non-musical play.  I got to burp on que!
Harmony the Hippie in "Daddy's Dyin' Who's Got the Will?"

My directing debut. "Smoke & Mirrors."  Gunshots on stage... Characters going insane...
Did I know what I was doing as a director...NO!  Did we have fun anyway...YES!
 

"My Fair Lady" Lamesa Style.  I was Freddy, the love-sick twit, but I got to sing "On the Street Where You Live"!  The Ascot scene was truly awesome each night.

How often have I acted INSANE (on stage)??  Here's my schizophrenic self, playing 3 roles in one show: Thornbird (in jeans), his sister, and his
great-grandfather in "Murder in the Magnolias".
The script stunk, but we had a blast!
